Bookkeeper/ Accountant/ Controller-

  1. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements
  2. Manage the chart of accounts, determining how best to account for financial transactions; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
  3. Prepare adjusting journal entries
  4. Liaise with external accountants as needed
  5. Provide assistance and respond to queries from management
  6. Process WSIB and HST returns
  7. Complete monthly bank reconciliations
  8. Ideally looking for someone who will offer some tenure as it’s a sensitive role
  9. The location of this role is in our Uxbridge store in our admin offices, it’s a full-time role, salary expectations are between $50-65k annually

Parts Order Desk/ Inventory Control-

  1. Place daily parts orders with vendors, work with parts manager on weekly stock orders
  2. Receive and post orders into system daily
  3. Organize orders for service dept., parts dept. and outbound orders shipped by courier
  4. Work with parts manager to ensure proper margins are set and achieved
  5. Communicate with customers on the status of their orders, backorders, ETA’s on inbound shipments
  6. Cash out customers who are picking up parts that were ordered
  7. This role is based out of our Uxbridge location, full-time with flexible hours between 8am – 5pm

Junior Mechanic/ Apprentice-

  1. Assembly and Pre-Delivery Inspections on new equipment
  2. Assist in loading & unloading of equipment for the service & sales dept.
  3. Work alongside our mechanic’s to learn the process and skills necessary to repair outdoor power equipment independently
  4. Perform repairs with guidance on lawn mowers, snowblowers, tractors, zero turn mower, snowplows, salters, snowmobiles & ATV’s
  5. General labour, sharpening lawn mower blades, chainsaw chains, etc.
  6. Person needed at Uxbridge, Uxbridge & Pickering locations.
